Although my first medium is painting, I feel the need to explore art in all its forms in order to fulfill as an artist. The sources of inspiration for my work come from music, literature and dance. Storytelling is a key element in my pieces and I like to set a stage while I present my story.I like the surrealism and the symbolism movements because they allow me to show a world that is not visible to the naked eye. I use contrasts and deformation to express ideas and emotions. I combine multiple images that contradict each other to illustrate principles. In my work, still life moves, animals and plants are personified and figures are portrayed emotionally and spiritually from the perspective of their interior, as a reflection of their development.
